Systems Modeling and Cognitive Audits for Hypercert Ecosystems

We apply systems modeling and cognitive audits to Hypercert ecosystems for decentralized science (DeSci). Using the Active Entity Ontology for Science (AEOS) and Active Blockference tools, we analyze how Hypercerts—a primitive for public goods funding—can be integrated with Active Inference frameworks to improve scientific funding, evaluation, and incentive alignment in decentralized systems.
