We present a tentative alignment of Active Inference terms with SUMO (Suggested Upper Merged Ontology) entities. For a subset of Active Inference terms, we identify published SUMO files likely to contain correct mappings, indicate SUMO supersets and subsets, and display relationships among identified SUMO topics. This scaffolding facilitates rigorous mapping of Active Inference to SUMO.
